Safeguards against COVID-19
Since the beginning of the COVID 19 pandemic, Desire Insight has implemented specific procedures to guarantee the safety of their teams and consumers.
We centralize the samples that we disinfect before distributing them in the different countries where our studies are conduced.
Face-to-face interviews or focus groups being difficult to organize in good sanitary conditions, we send consumers the samples with a small sanitizer kit. Consumers are then interviewed by individual videoconference or with several participants.
Hypnosis tests are conduced with strict hygiene rules. Masks, gloves, hand sanitizer gel are used and changed after each session.
These measures are offered to our clients without extra cost.
